    Through our website

    We collect Personal Data through our website, for example, when you sign up for a newsletter, or utilise our online chat tool. When you visit our Website, we may collect certain information automatically from your device, this information may be considered personal data under applicable data protection laws. Specifically, the information we collect automatically may include your IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location and other technical information.  We may also collect information about how your device has interacted with our Website, including the pages accessed and links clicked. Collecting this information enables us to better understand the visitors who come to our Website, where they come from, and what content on our Website is of interest to them to help us improve the quality and relevance of our Website to our visitors.

    Through interaction with Aragon’s presence on social media channels (e.g. Linkedin, and similar) your personal data and any shared information will be governed by the social media provider’s privacy policy.     We may also collect Personal Data offline, for example through attending trade shows, or corresponding with us by telephone.

    5. How do we use your Personal Data?

    We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements).

    When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

    11. Cookies

    The following explains how we use cookies on our website. All personal information collected using cookies is used to learn how you interact with our content and to improve your experience when visiting our website(s). Visits to our sites are traceable, to help us see which of our web pages are most interesting to our users and help us perform analytics on user visits. We also use cookies on our website for the purpose of measuring traffic and handling sessions. If you accept cookies, we can offer you an improved service on our website.
