Aragon is honoured to have been awarded an engineering contract by CCB Energy
Aragon is honoured to have been awarded an engineering contract by CCB Energy for the CO2 Handling Hub project at the Energy Park. This groundbreaking facility, located by a fjord near Bergen, is the world’s first equipped with infrastructure for the permanent storage of CO2 beneath the seabed.
The project aims to consolidate liquid CO2 from multiple sources within the Energy Park into a single tie-in solution for seamless delivery to the Northern Lights facility. From there, the CO2 will be transported via subsea pipelines to the Aurora field for secure, permanent storage beneath the seabed.
Aragon is proud to bring its extensive expertise in CO2 projects to this groundbreaking initiative and to support CCB Energy in advancing this transformative development, contributing to a sustainable future and driving innovation in carbon management technologies.
